This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha Bio Labs, LLC (“Alpha Bio Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) gathers, uses, and shares personal information when you visit the Site, use our services, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”). In this policy, “you” and “your” refer to anyone whose information we collect, including customers, site visitors, and other individuals whose data we may receive.
Please take the time to read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using any part of the Services, you acknowledge and accept the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the Services.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in how we operate, address new features, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Any updated version will be posted on the Site with a refreshed “Last updated” date along with any additional notices required by applicable law.
To operate the Services, we gather personal information from several sources, as described below. The specific information we collect depends on how you interact with us, and we have collected the categories outlined in this section within the last twelve months.
In addition to the specific uses described here, we may use the information we collect to communicate with you, maintain and improve our Services, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements you have with us, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
When you interact with the Services, you may share information with us such as:
Some features of the Services may depend on you providing certain information. You are not required to share this information, but declining may limit which features you can access.
We may also automatically collect certain data about your interaction with the Services (sometimes called “Usage Data”). To do this, we use cookies, pixels, and comparable technologies (collectively, “Cookies”). Usage Data may include information about the device you’re using, your browser, your network connection, your IP address, and how you navigate and use the Site.
We may also receive information about you from outside sources, including:
Any information we receive from third parties is treated in line with this Privacy Policy. Please also see the Third-Party Websites and Links section below.
Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies. For details on the cookies used by our e-commerce platform host (Shopify), please visit https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use Cookies to run and improve the Site, remember your actions and preferences, analyze how the Site is used, and help deliver relevant advertising. Third-party partners may also use Cookies on the Site for analytics and advertising purposes.
Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can configure your browser to block or remove them. Please note that disabling cookies may affect how the Site works and may limit certain features. Blocking cookies may also not fully prevent how we share information with third-party partners.
Our Site also honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising associated with that browser or device, and where possible, we link that request to your account. For more information about Global Privacy Control, please visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. We do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.
We may share your personal information with third parties in connection with operating our business, fulfilling our obligations to you, and other purposes consistent with this policy. This may include sharing with:
Within the past twelve months, we have shared categories including identifiers, contact details, order and account information, commercial activity, usage data, and approximate geolocation with service providers and marketing partners for the purposes described above.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not process it without your consent.
For marketing and advertising purposes, in the past twelve months we have “sold” or “shared” (as those terms are defined under applicable law) categories such as identifiers (for example, name, email address, and phone number), records of products purchased, and usage data with marketing partners.
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. If you follow these links, please review their privacy practices and terms before sharing information — we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites. Information you share in public or semi-public spaces, including third-party social platforms, may be visible to others and may be used by them without restriction. The inclusion of a link on our Site does not imply our endorsement of that third party.
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it. As of the effective date of this policy, we do not knowingly “sell” or “share” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) the personal information of anyone under sixteen years of age.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute safety of your information, especially during transit. We recommend that you avoid using insecure channels to share sensitive information with us. How long we retain personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your personal information. These rights are not absolute and, in certain cases, we may decline a request as permitted under applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to appeal our decision or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your personal information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside the country where you live, including by staff, vendors, and partners based in other jurisdictions. When personal information is transferred out of Europe, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or their equivalent in the United Kingdom), unless the destination country is recognized as providing an adequate level of protection.

Certain products in our store may be available for purchase as a recurring subscription or as a pre-order. This policy explains how those purchases work and how you can change or cancel them.
When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of the selected product based on the duration and frequency you chose at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you elected to pay for the entire term in advance.
Some subscriptions automatically renew when their initial term ends. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription before the next cycle begins.
You can change or cancel a subscription at any time. Every order confirmation email contains a direct link for managing your subscription. For information on returns and refunds, please see the Refund Policy above.
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not currently in stock but is expected to become available. Depending on the item, Alpha Bio Labs may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at the time of the pre-order. Where a deposit or zero payment applies, your stored payment method will be charged the remaining balance once the product is ready to ship.
If your pre-order is partially paid and has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it at no charge. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund instead. Please see the Refund Policy for additional details.
