Yes. Any order totaling more than $300 that ships within the United States qualifies for complimentary standard delivery at no additional cost.
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours of being placed. Standard transit time is around seven days or longer, depending on the shipping option you select at checkout, the carrier, and your location. Alpha Bio Labs reserves the right to select the carrier and service level it believes will deliver your package most safely.
Orders are processed and handed off to carriers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
No. At this time, Alpha Bio Labs only fulfills orders shipped within the United States. Any order with an international destination cannot be completed.
Orders, Cancellations, Damages, and Refunds
Because of the fragile nature of the products we sell, Alpha Bio Labs does not accept returns once an order has shipped.
Yes — cancellations are honored as long as your order has not yet left our facility. Once the package is in transit, we are unable to cancel.
Please inspect every shipment immediately when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, missing, or the wrong item, contact our support team right away so we can look into the issue and make it right.
If a refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within ten business days of approval. Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, please contact our support team.

Subscriptions and Pre-orders
A subscription delivers the same product on the recurring schedule you selected at checkout. Your payment information is stored securely and will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you chose to pay for the entire term upfront.
Some subscriptions automatically renew once their current term ends. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel before the next cycle begins.
You can manage your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
A pre-order lets you reserve a product that is not yet in stock but is expected to become available. Depending on the item, you may be charged nothing, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout. Any remaining balance is charged when the product is ready to ship.
If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund instead.

No. All products sold by Alpha Bio Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household chemicals, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (or have appropriate parental consent) and agree to use our products only for their lawful research purpose.
We do our best to keep the site accurate, but typos, pricing errors, and outdated information can happen. If we detect an error — even after an order has been placed — we reserve the right to correct it, adjust the order, or cancel it.
Handling and Storage
For long-term stability, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be kept in a freezer at approximately -20°C (-4°F) or colder. For short-term storage of a few days to a few weeks, refrigeration at 2–8°C (36–46°F) is generally acceptable. Keep vials in their original sealed packaging and protect them from light, heat, humidity, and temperature fluctuations.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods, which is why Alpha Bio Labs typically ships at room temperature without cold packs. That said, we recommend transferring products to refrigeration or a freezer as soon as possible after delivery in order to maximize shelf life.
Once a peptide has been reconstituted with bacteriostatic or sterile water, it is significantly less stable than the lyophilized powder. Reconstituted peptides should be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C (36–46°F), used within approximately 2 to 4 weeks, and kept out of direct light. Always label the vial with the reconstitution date and concentration.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, direct sunlight, high humidity, and sudden temperature changes, as all of these can degrade peptide integrity. Whenever possible, portion lyophilized peptides into smaller working aliquots before freezing so that only what you need is thawed for a given experiment. Always use sterile technique when reconstituting or drawing from a vial to prevent contamination.
Shelf life depends on the specific peptide and the conditions in which it is kept. In general, lyophilized peptides stored sealed at -20°C or colder remain stable for approximately 12 to 24 months or longer. Once reconstituted, most peptides are best used within 2 to 4 weeks under refrigeration. Always defer to the manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis and any published stability data for product-specific recommendations.
