Because of the fragile nature of the products we sell, Alpha Bio Labs does not accept returns once a product has shipped.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, we can accommodate the request as long as the package has not yet left our facility. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
For any questions about cancelling an order, or to report a problem with an item that arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@alphabiolabs.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Please examine your order immediately upon arrival. If anything is broken, missing, or the wrong item, reach out to us right away so we can investigate the situation and resolve it promptly.
International Orders
Because Alpha Bio Labs does not ship outside the United States, we cannot accept responsibility for any package that is forwarded internationally through a third-party freight forwarder or any similar arrangement. This includes, but is not limited to, packages that are delayed, lost in transit, seized by customs, or refused by the destination country. Any such attempt is undertaken entirely at the buyer’s risk, and Alpha Bio Labs will not honor claims related to international shipments.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still do not see the credit, please contact us at support@alphabiolabs.com so we can look into it.
